Island Bush Daiquiri



 

INGREDIENTS

2oz of Dr. Stoner’s Island Bush Herb Rum
3 mint leaves
.5oz simple syrup
.75oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
Club Soda


MIXOLOGY

Muddle mint leaves and simple syrup in the bottom of a shaker. Add rum, lime juice, and ice. Shake briefly and strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wheel.
