Grapefruit Mohito



 

INGREDIENTS

2 oz Dr. Stoner’s Island Bush Herb Rum
3 mint leaves
grapefruit chunks (no skin)
club soda
Grapefruit wheel garnish

 


MIXOLOGY

Muddle mint leaves and grapefruit chunks in the bottom of a shaker. Add rum, ice, and briefly shake. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with mint sprig and grapefruit wheel.
